Accommodation

We do not arrange accommodations for participants except for invited speakers. And the registration does not include the accommodation fee. The participants should find a place to stay by themselves.


For the participants who find it difficult to search for an appropriate hotel, we introduce the travel agent Mr. Satoshi Kokubun at Keio Travel Agency.  You can directly contact him.  When you contact him, please mention that you are a participant of JCCA2016.

Meal

Except for the banquet and the welcome reception, no meal will be provided.

We plan to hold a welcome reception on May 21(Sat.), and a banquet on May 23 (Mon.).
