Searching from three aspects

While the social system is diverse and complicated, it continues to evolve with dexterity. At the College of Policy and Planning Sciences, we perceive the social system from three aspects of social and economic system, management system and urban and environment system, which correspond to each field of three main majors and maintain a linkage organically.

Excellent faculty in both quantitative and qualitative terms

The faculty comprising the College of Policy and Planning Sciences is diverse while boasting excellence. For 5.5 students, one faculty is assigned (as of March 1, 2004), meaning that the ratio is well below the national average of one faculty for 15.8 undergraduate students (2004 survey of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology). This fact shows how the College offers students with favorable environment compared to other universities. Each of the faculty has very different expertise, including engineering, economics, business economics, statics, political science and social science. Additionally, 45% of the faculty has experience in actual business to offer practical education.
