Approx. one hour from Ueno Station via the JR Joban Line
Get off at Hitachino-Ushiku, Arakawaoki or Tsuchiura Station
Approx. 30 minutes to the Daisan Area Mae (front of the Third Cluster of Colleges building) bus stop via Kanto Railway Bus destined for Tsukuba Daigaku Chuo (University of Tsukuba Central)
By highway bus
Approx. one hour from the Yaesu South Exit of Tokyo Station via highway bus destined for Tsukuba Center
Change at Tsukuba Center for a Kanto Railway Bus destined for Tsukuba Daigaku Junkai (approx. ten minutes' ride)
Get off at the Daisan Area Mae bus stop
By car
Get off at the Sakura Tsuchiura Interchange and make a left turn to Tsukuba
-> Make a right turn at the Sasagi intersection
-> Keep driving north along prefectural road no. 55 (Higashi Odori)
-> Make a left turn at the intersection marked by "Tsukuba Daigaku Iriguchi (Entrance to the University of Tsukuba) (approximately 8 km)
